What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our custom products- We do not offer returns on our products. However, if the product arrives damaged please let us know so we can make it right. Please visit our return policy for full details.

Do you offer exchanges on sizes?

Not at this time. Because we keep such small inventory- We do not have other sizes on hand. Please make sure to check out our size guide or reach out with any sizing questions!

How long will my order take to arrive?

We post the estimated pre-order shipping date on the product pages and in the order confirmation emails. In the event that this is delayed- you will be notiified on the estimated ship out date via email. Orders typically take 2-10 business days to shop depending on your location.

Do you do custom apparel?

Do you sell your products in stores?

At this time we offer online shopping only. (But open to retail vendors! )

Can I try on your products in person?

If you are local to the Kinmount/ Salmon Lake area- we sometimes have days where you can comeby and checkout some sample sizes and merchandise. If you would like to get dates and times- please contact us and we can give you a schedule and arrange an appt.

How do I wash my garments?

All our garments contain cotton. Cotton is a natural fiber and therefore vulnerable to shrinkage and fiber breakdown if it is not cared for properly.

Want your sweatshirt to last 10 years? Heres how:

  • Wash in cold water when possible
  • Wash inside out to maintain the print's life and avoid the ink cracking
  • Use strong detergents like Oxyclean and Resolve in moderation
  • Do not put garment in dryer- hang or flat dry when possible
  • Do not iron on high heat- always low. If you can air fluff in the dryer that is better
